General Information: Svetlik Farm provides an open event space with indoor and outdoor entertainment areas. However, we do not hire or provide vendors for the event. If you are wanting to hire outside vendors and additional services for the day of your event, you will need to have them scheduled and booked by you or an event/wedding coordinator that you have hired. We have a list of local vendors in the surrounding area that we are happy to provide you upon request.

  • 12 – 8 ft. white rectangle tables
  • 400 white garden chairs
  • 12 – 24 in. cocktail tables
  • 2 bars & 1 cake table
  • Caterer’s kitchen with sink & refrigerator
Rules, Regulations & Additional Information for your Review:
  • Svetlik Farm does not provide a ladder. If a ladder is needed prior to or during the event, please remember to bring one.
  • To prevent injury and the chance of damage to the tables and chairs, please do not allow members of your party to stand on top of them.
  • Nails, screws, tacks, and duct tape are all prohibited and are not to be used when hanging decorations or for any other use in our venue.
  • If you would like to bring an animal onto the property, we ask that you please let us know prior to entering.
  • Security at all weddings and events is required. Feel free to contact either of the following:

  • Liability insurance is required. For your convenience, we have forms available from our insurance company that we can provide to you. However, you are more than welcome to use your own provider. We ask that you provide us with a copy of the insurance prior to the event.
  • Your event photography may be used on our website or social media accounts. If you prefer we do not use your photos, please be sure to notify us prior to the event.
  • If you are providing alcohol or plan to have alcohol served at your event, we require the bartender(s) to be TABC Certified. We ask that copies of the required certifications are provided to us prior to the event.
  • The bar and music is to be shut down by 12:00 AM. We ask that you and the members of your party leave the property by 1:00 AM. (Unless other arrangements were confirmed with us when the event was booked).

This lease agreement is contingent upon Lessee reading, understanding and agreeing to all the terms and conditions of all pages of this lease agreement.
A rental deposit in the amount of $______________ is required at the time of the signing of this agreement in consideration for the reservation of the Svetlik Farm for the Lessee's specific date(s) as stated above. This is a non-refundable deposit.
The remainder amount of $__________________ is due on or before 14 days prior to the function.
